Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing and delivering every order. Since many of our Bridal, Nikkah, Party Wear and formal outfits are carefully handcrafted and made to order, delivery and processing times may vary depending on the design, customization, embroidery and order volume.
1. Order Processing
- Ready-to-Ship orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days.
- Made-to-Order, Bridal, Nikkah Wear and Customized outfits require additional production time.
- The estimated production and delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.
- Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the outfit, customization requirements, fabric availability and seasonal workload.
- Orders are dispatched only after the outfit has successfully completed our quality-control process.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the handcrafted, made-to-order and customized nature of our Bridal, Nikkah Wear and Party Wear collections, certain products are subject to specific return and exchange conditions.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Bridal & Customized Orders
- Bridal, Nikkah Wear, customized, made-to-measure and specially altered outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Once production, cutting, stitching or customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
- This includes outfits customized according to the customer's measurements, colour, fabric, design, embroidery, length or other specific requirements.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details.
- Once the customer has approved the measurements, design, colour and other specifications, changes may not be possible after production has started.
This policy is necessary because these outfits are produced specifically for an individual customer and cannot ordinarily be resold. Similar restrictions are commonly used by Pakistani bridal and couture brands.
